Your Mission:

🎯 Understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring your recommendations to create perfect, personalized solutions.

💼 Close deals like a pro! Provide accurate information, pricing, and ensure every interaction moves you closer to hitting—and surpassing—your sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian & Kazakh & English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections.
