Job description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Cold Caller and Emailer to our client’s team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting appointments for our sales professionals. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to our sales pipeline.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls using a provided script.
Follow up with potential clients via prewritten emails.
Enter all activities and data into HubSpot CRM.
Update notes and move deals through various stages within the CRM.
Set up phone appointments for potential clients to speak with our sales professionals.
Achieve a minimum of 50 calls/contacts per day.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
Ability to follow scripts and prewritten email templates effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
