8+ years cumulative experience as a business analyst or 5+ years as a systems analyst with strong mortgage lending experience
2+ years Encompass knowledge or LOS, with solid understanding of mortgage products or similar LOS systems
Experience with all phases of the SDLC (requirements gathering, use cases, workflow diagrams, documentation) and testing software in an Agile-like environment
Proficiency in SQL, .NET platform, Azure DevOps; strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project) and excellent communication
Requirements:
Gather and document requirements, create use cases, workflow diagrams, and other SDLC artifacts for mortgage lending projects
Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
Participate in Agile-like development processes, plan iterations, support testing, and ensure on-time delivery of multiple deliverables
Utilize SQL, .NET, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office tools to analyze data, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation

Excellent verbal/written communication skills with both business and technology staff; comfortable initiating conversations with non-technical peers within the organization, as well as the ability to translate business issues and requirements into technical solutions
Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, etc.)
