  • Onboard new clients into the CRM platform and provide onboarding materials and training as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and track progress on CRM build-outs and automation projects; coordinate timelines and deliverables
  • Provide client support and communication, create SOPs or short training videos, manage CRM assets, and generate reports on account performance

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with GoHighLevel expertise to help customize, build, and manage a white-labeled CRM solution. You’ll work directly with the business owner or team to implement automation workflows, build funnels, onboard clients, and provide ongoing operational support to ensure success.

Requirements

GoHighLevel CRM Support

  • Set up, customize, and maintain white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM accounts.
  • Build and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and pipelines.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients into the CRM platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Project Coordination

  • Track progress on ongoing CRM build-outs and automation projects.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for client CRM setups.
  • Conduct research on features or competitor CRMs when needed.

Communication & Client Support

  • Serve as the point of contact for client questions about their CRM.
  • Manage client communication and provide timely updates or escalations.
  • Prepare walkthroughs, SOPs, or short training videos for clients.

Administrative Support

  • Manage email inboxes and calendars related to CRM or onboarding.
  • Organize CRM assets (templates, campaigns, workflows).
  • Create reports or summaries of account performance or engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience using GoHighLevel (required).
  • Familiarity with CRM setup, sales funnels, automation, and white labeling.
  • Experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Tech VA, or CRM Specialist.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Able to work independently, follow SOPs, and maintain confidentiality.
