We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This role offers a primarily remote work model with minimal on-site requirements, providing flexibility while delivering essential patient care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted New York State LCSW license.
• Experience: New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong empathy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient population.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies.
• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of clinical social work practice.
