Requirements:

  • Own acquisition performance for assigned U.S.-based e-commerce clients; join client calls, present results, and translate client goals into channel strategies, budgets, and test plans.
  • Lead SEO activities including keyword research, technical audits, competitive analysis, optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, and on-page content; build content briefs and coordinate with writers.
  • Manage SEM / Google Ads and Microsoft Ads end-to-end; optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversions; run A/B tests and refine audiences with structured test plans.
  • Build analytics dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio); manage UTM strategy and conversion tracking QA; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.

About the Role:

We are hiring an E-Commerce Acquisition Specialist to manage SEO, SEM, paid social, and affiliate marketing for a portfolio of U.S.-based e-commerce clients. This is a hands-on execution and optimization role within a global agency environment.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SEO and paid search, with working knowledge of paid social and affiliate programs. You should be comfortable analyzing data, managing multiple accounts, and presenting performance insights clearly.

What You Will Do

Client Strategy & Management

  • Own acquisition performance for assigned e-commerce clients (primarily U.S. brands).
  • Join client calls, present results, and provide recommendations.
  • Convert client goals into clear channel strategies, budgets, and test plans.

SEO (Primary Skillset)

  • Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitive analysis using SEMRush (preferred), Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, and on-page content.
  • Build content briefs and collaborate with writers on SEO-led content.

SEM / Paid Search (Primary Skillset)

  • Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns end-to-end.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion goals.
  • Run A/B tests, refine audiences, and create structured test plans.

Paid Social Advertising (Secondary Skillset)

  • Support paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
  • Manage audience segmentation, creative briefs, and campaign optimizations.

Affiliate Marketing (Secondary Skillset)

  • Manage affiliate networks (Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, Awin).
  • Recruit partners, monitor performance, and manage offers.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and platform tools.
  • Own UTM strategy, tag validation, and conversion tracking QA.
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

  1. 3–5 years of digital marketing experience within an agency or fast-paced e-commerce role.
  2. Strong, hands-on experience with:
    • SEO (technical + on-page)
    • SEM / Google Ads
    • Keyword research & competitive analysis (SEMRush preferred)
    • GA4 and Looker Studio
    • E-commerce KPI understanding (ROAS, CPA, AOV, Conversion Rate)
  3. Strong analytical skills and comfort with multi-account management.
  4. Excellent spoken and written English; ability to present to U.S. clients.
  5. Ability to work partial U.S. time-zone overlap (evening IST hours).
