Job description

A fast-growing Australian mobile car detailing service expanding operations with a back-office in Sri Lanka. The company prides itself on excellent customer service and is seeking international talent to support its Australian client base during local business hours. This dynamic automotive service provider values diversity and maintains a professional work environment while scaling its operations to meet growing demand
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage inbound client calls professionally and promptly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Australian clients, providing a friendly and professional customer experience. 
  • Record and update client details and bookings into our system accurately.
  • Work closely with the Australian operations team to support day-to-day business.

Requirements

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call handling systems.

Schedule:

  • 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Monday - Friday, Sri Lanka Time)
  • The shift aligns with Australian business hours
  • After-hours allowance and transport allowance included
