Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound client calls professionally and promptly.
Act as the first point of contact for Australian clients, providing a friendly and professional customer experience.
Record and update client details and bookings into our system accurately.
Work closely with the Australian operations team to support day-to-day business.
