Job description

About AccelOne

AccelOne is a nearshore software development partner serving clients across the U.S. and Latin America. Our senior-level teams integrate seamlessly with client organizations, delivering high-quality engineering, design, and AI-enabled solutions powered by transparency, collaboration, and cultural alignment.

We are looking for a Presentation Specialist who can translate ideas and rough content into clean, compelling, and on-brand PowerPoint decks that support our client-facing and internal teams.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented PowerPoint Designer / Presentation Specialist to support our Account and Leadership teams with the production and refinement of presentation decks.

This is a hands-on production and visual design role, focused on taking existing content and layouts and transforming them into polished, visually consistent presentations. You will work closely with the Account Manager and the CDO, following a fast-turnaround workflow between U.S. and Argentina time zones.

If you also bring broader design skills, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to marketing assets such as LinkedIn visuals, case study layouts, and other template-based materials.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design & Production

  • Transform rough decks (content, basic structure, content hierarchy) into visually polished PowerPoint presentations.

  • Apply brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards consistently across all slides.

  • Improve clarity, readability, and storytelling through strong visual hierarchy.

  • Follow the established workflow:

    • Receive draft decks from the Account Manager.

    • Work on revisions.

    • Collaborate quickly with the Account Manager to finalize the deck.

Collaboration with Account & Marketing

  • Work closely with the Account Manager and CDO to refine structure and messaging priorities.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand consistency across decks and marketing assets.

  • Follow design templates and guidelines established by the Marketing team for LinkedIn and case study materials.

Optional / Extended Scope (Depending on Skillset)

  • Design and adapt marketing assets for LinkedIn and other digital channels using existing templates.

  • Support the creation of case study layouts and other client-facing visual materials.

  • Contribute to a small library of reusable slide templates to speed up future production.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Proven experience as a Presentation Designer, PowerPoint Specialist, or similar role.

  • Strong visual design skills: layout, typography, color, spacing, and hierarchy.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (master slides, templates, layouts, animations, export).

  • Ability to understand content and establish clear content hierarchy.

  • Comfortable transforming rough decks into polished, professional deliverables.

  • High attention to detail and design consistency.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work across U.S. and LATAM time zones (evening handoff / morning production).

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing assets for LinkedIn or other social platforms.

  • Knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, or similar for marketing visuals.

  • Experience in B2B, tech, or professional services environments.

  • Experience creating case study layouts or sales/marketing collateral.

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused.

  • Reliable, responsive, and comfortable with fast turnaround cycles.

  • Strong sense of ownership over visual outcomes.

  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to iterate quickly.

Why Join AccelOne

  • Work with a senior international team on high-visibility presentations.

  • Chance to expand into broader marketing design work.

  • Culture rooted in transparency, collaboration, and trust.
