Senior Database Solution Engineer (REF4493T)

Your tasks will include:

•    Planning, installation, administration, operation, and monitoring of relational database management systems (RDBMS)
•    Problem and error analysis of DBMS systems
•    Continuous optimization, automation, and performance analysis of DBMS environments
•    Development of standards and guidelines, and contribution to the further development of the service portfolio
•    Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of relational DBMS
•    Oracle system updates and migrations
•    PostgreSQL system updates and migrations
•    The administrator is responsible for the operation of systems.
•    Participation in the planning, design, implementation, and operation of complex systems
•    Handling and execution of complex tasks
•    Installation and maintenance of tools
•    Contribution to the development and planning of service concepts
•    Support in ensuring the agreed service levels
•    Creation of system documentation

• Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training with equivalent professional experience
• At least three years of professional experience, including at least one year in IT administration
• Operational experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL systems
• Administration experience in Linux Red Hat is required
