Roles & Responsibilities

  • 4+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, leading cross-functional workstreams with Data, Product, Marketing and Operations
  • Proven track record building forecasts, territories/quotas, compensation plans, and funnel diagnostics; fluency in data, analytics and BI
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management, including turning data into strategic narratives for sales and leadership
  • Systems-thinking approach to implementing effective sales and marketing data and tooling solutions; experience with tooling implementations, consolidation, and change management; familiarity with CRM/BI tooling (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Requirements:

  • Architect the operating system for revenue planning, dealer lifecycle execution, and VIP sourcing across Marketplace and Private Office motions globally (EMEA, Americas, APAC)
  • Plan and forecast GMV/revenue by channel and region; maintain KPI definitions and a single source of truth; ensure data integrity and governance through dashboards and automated reporting
  • Oversee data, CRM, automation, and tooling; steward data architecture and BI reporting; drive adoption of CRM platforms and analytics tools
  • Partner with Growth leadership, General Managers, and Finance on budget, headcount and OPEX planning; lead executive cadence with regular forecast/pipeline reviews and operational governance

ABOUT THE ROLE  

You will be the architect of sales operations across our Marketplace and Private Office (VIP client) motions globally (EMEA, Americas and APAC) — and the Growth leadership’s primary operating partner. You will design the operating system for revenue planning, dealer lifecycle execution, VIP sourcing, and tooling that keeps GMV growing through a focus on supply quality, execution rigour and trustworthy data. This role will join the Chief Growth Officer’s organisation at Chrono24 and report to the leader for Growth Operations.
What you can expect
Sales strategy & planning 
  • Supply growth– partner withsales and account managementto targethighGMVdealers;partner with account management and operations tostreamline onboarding, drivelisting qualityand relevance, design systems tomonitorand enforce dealer SLAs;support account management tooptimise dealer performance through data and insights
  • Private Office (VIP) – turnhighvaluemarketplace signals into routed, qualified leads,offer normalization, partner with product,salesand operations tostandardizetransactionpaths and flowsfor VIP transactions
  • Planning &reporting– run the monthly GMV/revenue forecast by channel and region;maintainliquidityand supply coverage analysis,upholda single sourceof truth for KPIs and definitions
  • Data and tech stackstewardshipensureeffective team use of CRM, automation;maintaindata andBIstructure and reporting including data integrity, KPI definitions,dashboardsand automated reporting. Hands-on experience with industry-leadingCRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce,Hubspotor alternatives
  • Compensation & incentives – codesign compensationplansand incentivestied to GMV
  • Trust, safety & compliance – align withOperationson KYC,authenticity, dispute SLAs, and policy changes to protect buyers and brand
Strategic Partner to leadership 
  • Executive cadence & governance – runregularforecast/pipelinereviews and prepare reporting forGrowth andExecutive leadership
  • Budget & resource planning– partner withGeneral Managers and Finance on headcount and OPEXplanning
  • Team effectiveness –optimizeoperating rhythms, information flows,collateraland toolingto maximize focus and execution.
What sets you apart

  • Marketplacer ecommerce background and experience operating with policy/legal workflows a plus
