The Role: Marketing Cloud Consultant
As a Marketing Cloud Consultant, you'll play a key role in implementing and optimising Salesforce Marketing Cloud for a variety of clients. You'll lead discovery sessions, design technical solutions, and work closely with client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. This role combines technical configuration with strategic marketing insight to drive successful digital engagement and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring a minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud implementations

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and data migration within Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Work with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrations with other platforms

• Translate client requirements into clear solutions and scope statements

• Deliver and communicate project outcomes to client stakeholders

• Design and implement integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party data sources

• Provide user training and drive platform adoption

• Produce documentation for current processes and implemented solutions

• Work to project deadlines in a fast-paced consultancy environment

About You

• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

• Background in a technical or marketing-related field (Bachelors/Masters degree)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (email, PPC, conversion metrics)

• Excellent documentation skills

• Experience with Pardot, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Next is desirable

• Experience in the charity sector is a plus

• Organised, proactive, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
