Sales Development Representative (Part-time)

Industry exposure: IT Managed Services & Security (B2B) 

About the VA: You will be responsible for generating and nurturing warm leads through targeted outreach using the client's CRM and lead lists. Your primary focus will be to schedule qualified introductory meetings for the inside sales team by clearly communicating the client's IT and security services, with an emphasis on expanding into healthcare and legal sectors. You will work within the client’s EST business hours and follow the provided training materials to ensure alignment with the company’s messaging and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.) Prospect outreach using the provided lead lists to book introductory meetings.
2.) Use the company’s CRM (PSA tool) to track leads, notes, and follow-ups.
3.) Review and use “short sheets” (one-pagers) to understand service offerings and communicate value to prospects.

Qualifications:
• At least 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in outbound outreach.
• Proficient with CRM tools

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm EST
Location: This is a remote job
