Job description

Senior Associate – Financial Due Diligence (QoE) | Remote | Interim Contract

Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Location: Remote
Hours: TBD (based on deal flow)
Compensation: $80 - $85 / hour

Overview

Beech Valley is seeking a Senior Associate-level consultant to support a Transaction Advisory team with Quality of Earnings (QoE) / Financial Due Diligence work across an active engagement pipeline. This is an interim opportunity for someone who can jump into deals quickly, produce clean analyses, and contribute under tight timelines.

What You’ll Do

Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including:
- Normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments
- Revenue and margin analysis
- Working capital analysis (NWC) and net debt considerations
- Customer concentration, trend, and variance analyses
Prepare clear schedules and exhibits, and contribute to report writing/storytelling
Gather and organize data from client financials; streamline data requests and documentation
Collaborate with engagement leads to hit deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams

What We’re Looking For

Senior Associate experience in Transaction Advisory / FDD / QoE (or equivalent deal-focused experience)
Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common diligence adjustments
Strong Excel skills (large datasets, pivots, modeling, reconciliations)
Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds
Clear communicator who can synthesize findings into client-ready output
