Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments, revenue and margin analysis, and working capital and net debt considerations
Review clear schedules and exhibits and contribute to report writing/storytelling
Gather and organize data from client financials; streamline data requests and documentation; collaborate with engagement leads to hit deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams

Manager – Financial Due Diligence (QoE) | Remote | Interim Contract

Hours: TBD (based on deal flow)
Compensation: $95 - $105 / hour

Overview

Beech Valley is seeking a Manager-level consultant to support a Transaction Advisory team with Quality of Earnings (QoE) / Financial Due Diligence work across an active engagement pipeline. This is an interim opportunity for someone who can jump into deals quickly, produce and review clean analyses, and contribute under tight timelines.

What You’ll Do

Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including:
- Normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments
- Revenue and margin analysis
- Working capital analysis (NWC) and net debt considerations
- Customer concentration, trend, and variance analyses
Review clear schedules and exhibits, and contribute to report writing/storytelling
Gather and organize data from client financials; streamline data requests and documentation
Collaborate with engagement leads to hit deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams

What We’re Looking For
