You’ll be at the forefront of our Azure practice, guiding customers through transformation journeys and building high-trust relationships that last.

What You'll Do:

• Lead by example in driving Azure architecture, strategy, and implementation across client engagements.
• Take ownership of technical vision and delivery — you don’t just execute, you drive.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and craft practical, forward-looking solutions.
• Motivate and mentor a small to medium-sized team, fostering a high-performance, high-accountability culture.
• Act as a change agent — challenging the status quo, encouraging innovation, and pushing for excellence in everything you touch.
• Host design sessions, architecture reviews, and workshops, confidently communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of Azure developments and be a champion for continuous improvement — for yourself, your team, and your customers.

What You Bring:

• Relentless drive and initiative — you don’t wait for problems to come to you; you go out and solve them.
• 8+ years in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Azure cloud architecture and delivery.
• Experience leading or mentoring small-to-medium engineering teams.
• Strong customer-facing presence; you can confidently engage, challenge, and align diverse stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Azure core services, infrastructure as code, DevOps practices, and security patterns.
• A growth mindset — you’re always learning, always improving, and you bring others along with you.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
