  • Experienced B2B distributors in the offshore IFA market or highly connected IFAs with an established UAE network
  • Motivated sales consultants with a hunger for business development and 1+ year in telesales or client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills with a crisp, articulate English (Western-style phone manner)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong time management and planning skills; ability to proactively source leads

Requirements:

  • Promote two exclusive, 100% capital-protected short-term structured products to target clients (family offices, financial institutions, wealth managers, IFAs)
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, lead sourcing, appointment setting, and pipeline-building to meet sales targets
  • Maintain excellent client relationships with clear English communication and provide customer support as needed
  • Report regularly to the UAE-based CEO and collaborate with back-office marketing support while working remotely

Our brand new client is looking for a few experienced financial services distribution consultants to promote two of their two very popular and ground breaking solutions including short term, 100% capital protected structured notes across-, but not limited to, family offices, financial institutions, wealth management firms, IFA brokerages.

Are you a highly motivated financial sales professional with a strong network in the offshore IFA market in the UAE and/or around the world ? This is an exceptional opportunity to distribute two exclusive, top-performing financial products with unmatched sales potential.

These are people who have previously worked in client-facing and in tele sales and/or in appointment-making roles within the financial services (financial planning / investments) industry.

Outstanding, clear articulate English communication skills, both verbal and written, are the most important attributes of the successful candidates.

Qualifications

  • Experienced B2B distributors in the offshore IFA market OR highly connected IFAs with an established UAE network.
  • Motivated junior sales consultants with a hunger for business development.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Well developed negotiation skills
  • Customer support experience
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • You are currently in a telesales or client-facing role: 1 year’s experience
  • You have a crisp, clear and articulate English, Western-style phone manner: 1 year’s experience
  • You speak in a clear English accent with preferably no other discernible accent
  • You are highly organized
  • Ability to make high volume of phone calls to prospects.
  • Ability to proactively source leads, from the internet, from networking events to using social media and business networking sites
  • Be very motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Have lots of energy
  • Be very friendly with a vivacious, outgoing personality
  • Have a flawless work ethic
  • Have a proven ability to excel beyond targets and deadlines – which is essential to becoming successful in this role
