Netsuite Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong experience in implementing projects particularly Project Management Module and has experience with Pre-Sales to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge client requirements with effective NetSuite solutions, manage end-to-end implementation projects, and support business development through solutioning and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Consulting & Implementation

• Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis with clients
• Configure NetSuite modules based on client needs (Finance, Projects Management, CRM, etc.)
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
• Lead UAT sessions and ensure successful go-live

Project Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Manage project timelines, resources, and client communications
• Identify risks and proactively resolve project roadblocks
• Track milestones, deliverables, and maintain documentation

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client pain points and propose tailored NetSuite solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and respond to RFPs/RFIs
• Assist in scoping, pricing, and proposal creation
• Represent the company in client meetings as a subject matter expert

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant
• Strong experience in NetSuite implementation, preferably with Project Management or NetSuite project / lifecycle management modules
• 2+ years of experience in project management (PMP or similar certification a plus)
• Exposure to pre-sales or client-facing solutioning
• Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, and Executive teams
