Description

We are looking for a hands-on Channel Director to lead and scale OX Security’s channel ecosystem across North America. This role is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing all channel motions focusing on cybersecurity partners who operate in the AppSec, software supply chain security, and DevSecOps space.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, own, and execute the North America channel strategy end-to-end.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing channel partners in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue through channel-led and channel-influenced motions.
  • Work hands-on with partners on enablement, joint business planning, and field execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to support GTM alignment.
  • Monitor channel performance, identify gaps, and optimize programs to accelerate growth.
  • Represent OX Security in the cybersecurity channel community across the region.




Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in Channel Management in cybersecurity, with direct experience in AppSec / DevSecOps / software supply chain security – must.
  • Strong track record of building and scaling channel programs in North America.
  • Hands-on mentality: willing to execute, not only strategize.
  • Deep relationships within the cybersecurity channel ecosystem (VARs, MSSPs, distributors, integrators).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Based on the East Coast and able to travel across North America as needed.
