Role Overview

The Independent Recruitment Agent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates with client organisations. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who prefer autonomy while benefiting from the credibility, systems, and support of an established recruitment company.

This is a performance-based role with flexible working arrangements and competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage suitable candidates through various channels
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
  • Match candidates to client job requirements
  • Coordinate candidate submissions and follow-up processes
  • Manage communication between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Develop and manage client relationships (optional for experienced agents)
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and company policies
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment
