  • Create custom applications using PowerApps, integrate with Office 365 services, and build dashboards/reports using Power BI; provide documentation and training for deployed solutions.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SharePoint Online and Office 365 integration with Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process automation, user experience design, and agile development methodologies. This role requires hands-on experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agent, as well as the ability to gather business requirements, design automation workflows, and implement scalable solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SME for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform integrations.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Design and implement user-centric solutions using Power Platform tools.
  • Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint Designer.
  • Create custom applications using PowerApps and integrate with Office 365 services.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and user experience best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to use case development and backlog grooming.
  • Write and maintain low-level code for web-based applications and automation scripts.
  • Conduct testing and validation of automated processes to ensure quality and performance.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support for deployed solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Business requirements gathering.
  • Knowledge of User Experience best practices.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile processes and Use case gathering.
  • Expert in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent) and Office Integration.
  • Business Process Management.
  • Basic workflow skills.
  • Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice).
  • Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online).
  • Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated.
  • Ability to design the automation process.
  • Experience writing low-level computer languages (web based).
  • Experience writing code.
  • Testing skills to test automated processes.

Education:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other Engineering or technical discipline or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience.
  • Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (20 Total).

 

Clearance: 

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation .

 

Location:

  • Remote, USA.
  • Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST)

 

Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $92,730 to $105,500.
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
