We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. Youll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if theyre a great culture fit for the brokerage. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with team lead to understand the teams hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone (Zoom) and to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating interview feedback, and extending offers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide regular updates to team lead on recruitment progress and results

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous recruitment experience with commission-based roles (preferably Reals Estate Agents)
  • Recruitment experience in Raleigh, NC, and Atlanta, GA

COMPENSATION

$60,000 to $70,000 based on experience
