**Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead Generation:** Identify and research potential clients in the B2B e-commerce sector within the Delhi NCR region. Utilize various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and participation in industry events, to generate leads and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
2. **Consultative Selling:** Gain a deep understanding of the unique needs and pain points of prospective clients in the e-commerce industry. Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized BeeCart solutions that address their specific challenges.
3. **Product Expertise:** Develop an in-depth knowledge of BeeCart E-commerce Solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Effectively communicate the platform's value proposition and competitive advantages to potential clients.
4. **Relationship Building:** Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Position yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
5. **Product Demonstrations:** Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of BeeCart. Address questions and objections to facilitate informed decision-making.
6. **Negotiation and Closure:** Collaborate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to ensure successful deal closures.
7. **Post-Sales Support:** Work closely with our customer success and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
8. **Sales Reporting:** Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using CRM software. Provide regular reports and updates to sales management.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record of success in B2B SAAS sales, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong comprehension of e-commerce operations and challenges.
