About the Role:

As an Insurance Enrollment Specialist, you'll be the front line of support for new and existing clients. Your role is crucial in helping families understand their coverage options and guiding them through the enrollment process with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on insurance benefits and policy options

  • Guide individuals through the enrollment process from start to finish

  • Accurately collect, review, and submit required documentation

  • Maintain confidential client records and ensure compliance with state regulations

  • Build lasting relationships through timely follow-ups and outstanding customer service

  • Collaborate with team leaders to meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom and email communication

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Experience in insurance, benefits enrollment, or customer service is a plus (but not required – we train!)
