  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate across teams to ensure successful delivery

Role: Senior Software Engineer – Backend
Experience : 5-7 years

Technical skills: (Must have)
  • Django (ORM, viewsets) + web application development with REST API
  • Excellent Communication skills
 
Good to have:
  • MySQL experience
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • Python networking
  • Linux skills
  • Team leading abilities
  • System Design skills

Tech Stack : 
  • Django/MySQL experience (ORM, viewsets)
  • Experience with Django back-end would be a plus as it would make the new resource more effective in leading both resources.
  • Oversee the existing two resources to make sure more efficiency and productivity in their day-to-day work.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Better understand the requirements and refine it from the discussions 
  • More hands-on experience. 
  • Interpret intent and use case for the requirement discussions 
  • Quick to obtain clarification when in doubt and makes sure perfect implementation by testing the same.
