Requirements:
1.Configuration design, development and support of Maximo EAM v7.x implementations
2.Troubleshoots process/functionality related issues and resolves escalated tickets related to Maximo application
3.Analyse the Maximo application change requests and detail the related business requirement with the requestor
4.Assists in solution design for change requirements as a key functional resource
5.Proactively brings ideas based on his/her experience and understanding of the business users’ needs for new development and enhancements
6.Assists in business process redesign as needed
7.Communicates the solution to business directly or through other support personnel
