Job Description:
Our client is a software product and services company that builds systems for toll authorities across the US. Their platform does all of the back office transaction processing that enables automated pass through and billing. They are continually looking at how to innovate the industry and in recent times went through a POC with one of their customers to use big data and automation to speed up processing. Customer has since asked them to develop full scale application using Kafka/Hadoop
Qualifications/Requirements:
Demonstrates hands-on experience in full development life cycle of Enterprise scaled software applications utilizing object oriented analysis, design, and implementation. Demonstrates expertise in Java/J2EE, Web services, JUnit, SQL and Spring. Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Hadoop and micro-service is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree plus at least 6 - 8 years of experience in system analysis, design, and implementation.
