Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 6 years of UI development experience with strong React.js and TypeScript expertise, including React Hooks and Custom Hooks.
  • Proficient in web UI technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks/libraries (JSP, jQuery, AJAX) with experience in single-page applications and working with a web server (e.g., Apache).
  • Deep understanding of DOM, XML, JSON, MVC design patterns, cross-browser and multi-device compatibility, and basic database knowledge (Oracle/MySQL).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript libraries such as backbone.js and underscore.js, and experience with performance optimization (JS compression, caching) and social/networking API integrations.

Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality React.js applications using TypeScript, including building reusable UI components and leveraging React Hooks.
  • Ensure cross-browser and multi-device compatibility, optimize web performance (compression, caching), and adhere to UI/UX design principles.
  • Implement functional UI features such as file uploader, PDF generation, UI validations, and integrate with social networking APIs as required.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver responsive, accessible interfaces and maintain code quality.

Job description

Minimum 6 years of UI development experience
Experience in:
Work experience in React JS and Typescript is a must.
Good knowledge in React Hooks and Custom React Hooks.
Web UI development (HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, JSP, jQuery, AJAX concepts, Single page application development, JS frameworks / libraries ), Apache or any web server
Good knowledge in Java script (Any MVC/MVP framework , jQuery)
Understanding of MVC design patterns
Deep understanding of DOM, XML, and JSON
Should be very good in HTML5 and CSS3
Knowledge on Web 2.0 techniques, such as cross-domain AJAX, JSON, Rich Client toolkits
Basic database knowledge such as Oracle / MySQL
Knowledge in cross-browser and multi-device compatibility.
Localization, Date-Time Conversion
Knowledge of JS libraries like backbone.js, lab.js, underscore.js, etc.
Experience with functional plugins like file uploader, pdf generation, UI side validation, etc.
Experience with web performance, such as Java script compression, caching
Experience with social networking APIs and design trends, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google
Awareness of UI / UXS design principles
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise based on project needs
Excellent written and verbal communications
Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
