Job description:-
2+ years of solid experience working on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) preferably in Insurance industry
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience setting up Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalog (configuring products, coverages, attributes, eligibility rules etc.)
Hands-on experience with OmniScript, Calculation Procedures, DataRaptors and Rate, Quote, Apply (or Vlocity CPQ) module
Vlocity certifications will be a huge plus
Overall 3+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud administration, configuration and customization experience
Experienced working with force.com platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing, Data Loader, Metadata APIs, Web Services etc.)
Experienced building flows, lightning web components, live agent chat, omni-channel etc.
Experienced working with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud
Experienced with DevOps using Scratch Orgs will be a huge plus
Salesforce certifications will be a huge plus
