About the Role
As a Guest Communications & Reservations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting a leading Melbourne-based short-stay accommodation business with over 100 apartments under management. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient communication, reservation management, and operational coordination.
We’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals who take ownership of their work and can maintain performance consistency despite challenges and can uphold high standards of service and accountability. Reliability, professionalism, and strong judgment are key to succeeding in this role.
