Location: 5 days a week WFO- Bangalore

We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our global team and focus on the North American market.

Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for North America, you will play a crucial role in driving outbound sales efforts by identifying, prospecting, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. This role requires a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual who can connect with enterprise-level decision-makers across the region. This is a remote position aligned to North American business hours (candidates must be able to maintain regular overlap with EST/PST timezones).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Engage prospects across North America via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more to spark conversations and qualify leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify pain points, decision-making processes, and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regional market dynamics.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and higher conversions.
  • Cross-timezone Coordination: Effectively coordinate with internal teams and prospects across time zones to ensure seamless outreach and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an SDR in the North American market with a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior enterprise executives.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach).
