The Role: Senior Technical Consultant

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end technical support, solution deployments, and client training across a portfolio of advanced technologies. You'll be instrumental in driving client success through technical expertise, collaborative engagement, and service excellence. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their specialization in emerging tech while contributing to high-impact global projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a technical support or consulting role
  • Deliver expert-level technical support and troubleshooting to clients and partners
  • Lead the implementation of professional services, from planning to deployment
  • Train clients and partners on product usage and system configuration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in technical processes
  • Stay up to date with evolving technologies across Speech Tech, AI, Automation, Telephony, and 3D printing
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and training materials

About You

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a technical consulting or support environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and master new systems quickly
  • Experience working with B2B software solutions, ideally in tech/telecom/IT environments
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
  • Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving tech space
  • Fluency in a second language (Spanish, French, Dutch, or German) is highly advantageous
