Job description

As the Project and Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Project and Marketing Manager across all aspects of marketing, communications, and client coordination. This includes assisting in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, and ensuring all creative materials meet brand and brief requirements.

You will work closely with the Project and Marketing Manager, design and email team, web developer, and external partners to help execute campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate projects and act as a client contact when required
  • Organise survey fieldwork and participant recruitment in line with project timelines and deadlines
  • Manage whitepaper reporting, design, sub-editing, and proofreading processes
  • Oversee survey incentive management and delivery
  • Ensure all campaign timelines and deliverables are met

Marketing Execution

  • Assist with the execution of the media plan and campaign rollouts
  • Translate campaign concepts across all creative assets and channels
  • Write compelling marketing copy that drives conversions and engagement
  • Brief internal design and web teams, ensuring creative output aligns with project objectives
  • Collaborate with the Project and Marketing Manager on campaign briefings and creative builds
  • Organise social media plan and create content
  • Write and schedule email marketing campaigns
  • Review campaign performance and recommend optimisations
  • Brief ad placements with ads and digital/technology teams (or third-party media partners)
  • Audit, create, and distribute newsletters
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced B2B marketing or project coordination role
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write engaging, conversion-driven content
  • Proven ability to brief and collaborate with designers, creatives, and developers
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated project management experience, both independently and within a team environment
  • Desirable: Basic HTML knowledge or experience with email template editing
