Job Title: Inside Sales Executive 
Location: Work from Home + Weekly Office Visit (Location: Thane, Manpada, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role is perfect for candidates who have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships. While the position is primarily work-from-home, candidates are required to visit the office once a week for meetings and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
  • Explain product/service features clearly and confidently to prospective customers.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups for conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during weekly office visits to align on targets and strategies.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Prior experience in inside sales/tele calling is an advantage, but fresher with strong communication skills are welcome.
