Full-Stack Engineer

Seeking experienced Full-stack engineers to contribute to exciting, cutting-edge projects incorporating AI! 100% remote work from anywhere within Japan okay! Below are some example projects in progress:

• Development of AI solutions for automobile and housing equipment manufacturers: Developing industry-specific solutions using generative AI (prototype development to implementation)
  
• Dedicated AI environment creation for major banks: Dedicated environment creation for "appropriate information management" and "importing unique company documents and data" based on on-site needs
  
• Implementing AI into in-house products: Developing unique LLM utilizing the data infrastructure of our in-house products
  

Responsibilities may include:

• Development of original AI prototypes for specific use cases for customers
  Development and implementation of generative AI functions for SaaS products
  Multi-modal implementation from model selection to RAG and fine tuning
  Agile development based on PoC results
  Improvement of RAG accuracy (LLM implementation)
  

• A wide range of work areas including AI implementation for our SaaS products and development support for major primary projects.
  
• New development department, so you can create business as a member of a team.
  
• Experience in new business development using generative AI
  

Tech Stack:

Front-end: TypeScript, React
Back-end: Python
Database: PostgreSQL (RDS), MySQL
Framework：Flask Infrastructure：Azure, AWS, GCP

Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 4 years’ experience developing both front-end and back-end of web applications
  
• Leadership experience
  
• Strong interest in AI
  
• Business-level English and Conversational (or better) Japanese, with strong desire to improve language skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with AI projects
  
• Experience in development and operation of in-house services
  
• Experience in building and operating systems using AWS or GCP
  
• Experience leading development teams in technology selection, development guidelines, code reviews, etc.
