Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SCM Order Management Specialist with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM – Order Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SCM processes, including integrations with Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC). This role requires strong functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to recommend effective solutions that align with business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management.
  • Collaborate with production support teams to analyze root causes and resolve issues.
  • Manage and optimize OCC–SCM integrations and order orchestration configurations.
  • Recommend and implement configuration/setup changes to improve processes.
  • Support testing and validation during Oracle monthly, quarterly, and semiannual patches.
  • Translate business requirements into OOTB solutions and prepare/update relevant documentation (roles, setups, integrations).


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (Order Management) OR 3+ years with non-Cloud Oracle SCM.
  • Strong knowledge of Order Management processes, configurations, and orchestration flows.
  • Experience in OCC–SCM integrations.
  • Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle release cycles (patches, upgrades, testing approaches).
  • Strong documentation skills for functional and technical processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
