Job description

Innofied is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Lead Gen Executive to help us build up our business
activities.

The Executive’s responsibility includes researching, discovering and pursuing new sales opportunities,
maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable
reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through in US via email,
LinkedIn and phone. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to
our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Requirements


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media,
    mail campaigning.
  • Set up meetings/ appointments with potential clients and listen to their requirements and pain
    areas.
  • Create frequent sales review reports/plans with numbers around BANT qualified leads
    generated through various channels.
  • Populate the sales funnel and share the reporting daily.
  • Ensure the availability of clients for sales and demonstrations for second level calls with the
    seniors.
  • Do the regular follow-ups with the clients.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive/lead gen executive.
  • Able to work with target-based assignments.
  • Must have US sales experience.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is must.
  • Thorough understanding of various sales tools, email campaigns, CRM updating on a
    daily basis
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • A graduate from a reputed university.
