Project Architect

This fantastic architectural practice in Dubai are looking for an Project Architect with between 3-5 years post Part-III experience to join the team in their Dubai office. We are looking for a Project Architect who's capable of running a job by themselves, reporting into the senior members of the team. 

• To develop and deliver the project design from inception through to completion throughout multiple design stages. 
  
• Develop and coordinate the project design, details, material specifications and specifications in line with the design.
  
• Co-ordinate and assure quality, continuity and consistency of the project drawings and documentation.
  
• Effectively coordinate and communicate to all disciplines, including architecture, structural, MEP, cost control and interior design.
  
• Monitor and maintain project milestones via the companies internal systems
  
• Ensure the pre-approved client concept design is rigorously developed and implemented with minimal variations, unless previously agreed with the Design Director/Partners/Client.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors in Architecture
  
• Between 7+ years of experience in architecture, project management, detail and design development, construction documents of high-end projects similar to the Vida Residence in Dubai.
  
• Essential that you are currently based in UAE.
  
• Present a portfolio of very high quality projects of similar scale, with experience in the residential / private villa / commercial sectors essential.
  
• Demonstrate a considerable understanding of client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
  
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined in an intense collaborative studio environment, ability to organise, encourage and lead project teams.
  
• Posses excellent organisational skills, show initiative and have the ability to work independently.
  
• Understanding of our work and capability to execute its design intentions through various stages to completion.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English.
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit and SketchUp essential, hand drawings and visualisations is advantageous.
  
• Demonstrate a track record of achieving excellence in project design development and delivery.
