CAD Specialist PT

This is a remote position.

An industry leading Theatrical Equipment Supplier is seeking a Rigging CAD Engineer to join their growing team. This is an entry level position perfect for recent graduates with theatrical technical degrees and CAD training.  

The ideal candidate will:

• Read and analyze specifications and drawings and take accountability for all technical aspects to create comprehensive, practical and safe theatrical rigging submittal CAD drawing sets.
  
• Work with the Project Manager and Engineering to complete drawings and calculations on time and within scope.
  
• Provide post installation CAD support for as-built drawing sets.
  

Requirements

·         Theatrical Experience is a major plus.

·         Advanced knowledge of 2D CAD drafting principles.

·         Understanding of construction documentation a plus.
