Position Overview:
We’re seeking a talented Strategic Account Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in the LATAM region. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional client management skills, and a deep understanding of the unique dynamics within the Latin American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs and drive business growth across LATAM.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the LATAM region, leveraging regional insights and trends.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with internal teams to create tailored localization solutions that align with client objectives and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and manage account performance, delivering regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contract renewals to secure favorable terms and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in account management or business development within the localization or language services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Language Studies, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Travel: Occasional travel within LATAM for client meetings and industry events may be required.
