We are looking for a Sales Assistant to work with a customer in the Certification Industry, this role will support their sales operations across a wide-ranging scope of tasks. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and can efficiently handle shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide comprehensive support to the front-end sales team
• Process customer requests efficiently
• Assist in lead qualification and routing
• Support in customer-related marketing measures
• Support the preparation of sales proposals and quotations
• Manage and maintain internal and external sales portals
• Accurately record and maintain customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
• Regularly update customer records, order histories, and contact details
• Maintain and improve office procedures.
• Assist in the development of best practices for sales administration
• Monitor changes in product offerings, pricing structures, and service agreements
Requirements
English proficiency written and spoken at 100%
Local Residents only
0-2 Years experience in a B2B environment
Previous experience
in Sales, Customer service, or office administration roles
Bachelors Degree
preferred
