About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with hands-on experience in customizing and optimizing CRM systems for industry-specific applications such as Hospital Management and Electronic Store Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, business process flows, and customer service modules, along with a proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Customization & Configuration
  • Customize Dynamics 365 entities, fields, forms, and views to meet business needs in healthcare and retail domains.
  • Design and implement business rules, workflows, and actions to automate processes and reduce manual tasks.

  • Process Optimization
  • Streamline hospital and retail operations by automating scheduling, service tasks, and sales workflows.
  • Improve scheduling accuracy and reduce downtime by 15% through collaborative solutioning.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct functional, regression, and security testing to ensure CRM systems meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Perform API testing and validate integrations with external systems like SharePoint and SQL Server.

  • Customer Service & Field Operations
  • Manage work orders and service tasks using D365 Field Service, ensuring timely resolution and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Provide remote user support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.

  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
  • Entity customization, workflows, business rules, and process flows
  • SQL Server, SharePoint, Visual Studio

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare or retail CRM implementations
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with integration tools and cloud/on-premise deployments


Salary: Up to 1.4 L (Per Month)
