SAP Program Manager (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for management of the realization of customer requirements in Global Delivery engagements.
• You bring your extensive knowledge to our customer projects. (introduction, expansion, upgrade, rollout, etc.).
• Management in all project phases from conception, design, customizing, prototyping to roll out as well as 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for S/4HANA or ECC customers.
• Define methodology, tools and processes allowing a successful customer adoption.
• Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT).
• Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements in line with the innovation strategy of the customer.
• This position requires business knowledge, direct interaction with clients and may include team management for both onsite and offshore resources.
• Ensure in time & quality delivery for the project/program, revenue consumption and profitability management.

• Degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications.
• High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen.
• Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting. facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
• C-level communication skills / senior stakeholder management.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
• Certification in SAP Solutions / Areas is a plus.
• Project Management experience with large and medium sized Enterprises.
• 10+ years of SAP professional experience and demonstrated knowledge / expertise. 
• This role may require up to 100% travel.
• Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required.
