Schedule:
Monday to Saturday: 07:00 21:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Sunday: 09:00 21:00 (12 weekends per month, apart from exceptional situations)
Days Off: 2 rotational days

As a Sales Representative, youll be the voice that connects customers to quality service, guiding them through their shopping experience with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
This role is perfect for proactive, people-driven individuals who want to grow in a remote, international environment while supporting a well-known retail brand.
Assist customers with product information, sales inquiries, and support in German and English.
Deliver excellent service via phone, chat, and email.
Identify customer needs and provide effective, tailored solutions.
Collaborate remotely with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
Maintain professionalism and positivity in every customer interaction.
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A sales-driven and customer-focused mindset.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including occasional weekends).
