NetSuite Technical Consultant

Key responsibilities

• Project management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, managing the lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to go-live and support.
• Solution design: Translate business requirements into effective NetSuite configurations, designing solutions for inventory management, production planning, and supply chain optimization.
• Configuration and customization: Set up and customize NetSuite modules for manufacturing, including work orders, multi-level bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and demand/supply planning (MRP).
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales) to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.
• Advisory and best practices: Act as a subject matter expert, advising Shwinco team members on NetSuite best practices, governance, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Required skills and experience

• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the NetSuite platform.
• Experience with key manufacturing functionalities such as work orders, BOMs, and production scheduling.
• Familiarity with advanced features like Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) is often a plus.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
