The Mission for Maze of Life Resource Center is to identify adults and youth who are having a turbulent transition in life and offer positive support systems and programs to help them avoid the pit-falls that can derail their lives. Who are we? We are one company with many partners. Our Coaches & Counselors span across 12 states, supporting both adults & youth. We aim to Educate, Redirect, and Empower our clients so they may live a whole, purpose-filled life. Maze of Life Resource Center is a professional organization, whose team is highly skilled and equipped to aid those in the most critical areas and times of their lives. Our team is passionate and committed to helping everyone we encounter. We pride ourselves in our non - traditional methods of what help should look like which is different and personal to each one of our clients. ABOUT US

Maze of Life is a comprehensive community resource center for social services, mandated and proactive classes, and education.

Operating as a private, franchised organization in 20 states and rapidly expanding, we embody the motto ‘One Company, Many Partners.’

We serve individuals, organizations, and communities by offering 30+ customized classes and tailored support to meet our clientele's needs.

Our in-person and online classes are facilitated by CAMS-Certified Coaches and Counselors. Our slogan, "Guiding the Present to Empower the Future," reflects our commitment to making an ongoing positive impact.

We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based concepts and curriculum and are keen to help our clients progress in life for those who are truly ready to start the process of re-inventing themselves, becoming all that they could possibly imagine. Maze of Life operates within an entrepreneur-driven culture, designed for those who value both purpose and progress.

CAMS PROGRAM

Certified Anger Management Specialists (CAMS) are independent contractors who facilitate classes and support our franchise owners with their clientele. CAMS have the flexibility to create their own schedules and contribute as available.

REQUIREMENTS

Attend 2-day Certification course through Maze of Life Resource Center as a Certified Anger Management Specialist
Completion of a 90-day Training Development program, covering all systems, operations, and class facilitation.
Experience guiding, coaching, or teach others preferred but not required
Purpose-driven, passionate, and open to learning.
Flexibility to attend virtual meetings and training multiple times a month.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire introspection, connection, and ambition.
Empathetic, non-judgmental, and reflective.
Strong active listening skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with diverse populations and individuals of all ages.
Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct individual and group sessions that showcases effective emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on 1:1 assessments.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Teach coping strategies, emotional regulation, and stress management techniques to help clients
Foster sustainable personal development.
Maintain confidential client records and case notes in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
