JOB DESCRIPTION (KRA):
  • Gathering requirements and performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of analysis.
  • Gathering critical information from various stakeholders
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
  • Influencing stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Supporting some project management tasks like developing project plans and monitoring performance.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
