We are looking for an associate Recruiter to work at our office in Yelahanka, Bangalore
Qualification – BE / B Tech / BCA / MCA / BSC (Computers) / BS / MS

Mandatory skills – MS Office (Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint), Good Communications

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify suitable for candidates through internal database, online job/resume boards and referrals
Call candidates and Qualify/screen / interview them for client positions
Coordinate client interviews
Revise candidate resumes to highlight their experience
Build relationships with candidates
Strong Keyword/Boolean Search
End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, scheduling, offer generation.
Vendor / Customer Communication
Services / Sales coordination
Staffing and Recruitment Services coordination
Web Site / social media coordination
Requirements
Qualification, Skills, and Experience
- BE / B Tech / MBA / MCA
- Very good with MS office (EXCEL, Power Point, Word)
- Excellent in Spoken and written communication
- 1 years recruiting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective negotiating skills
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
- Familiarity with online job-hunting websites

Benefits
Salary
For Freshers without Experience - They can join us as a Trainee Recruiter with a Fixed Stipend of INR 10000 /-. Post the completion of training, they can join as a recruiter with a Salary of 12000 to 15000 (depending upon performance during training)
For those with 1 to 3 Years of Experience in Recruitment - Salary would be INR 15000/- Per Month and will be appointed as IT recruiter
