Job description
We are looking for 2 SAPB1 IT ADMINISTRATORS with 3 or more years of experience and available to work with us on US shift timings - 9PM to 7AM IST & Australian timings - 4 AM to 1PM IST.
SAP B1 & IT ADMINISTRATOR
Key Activities
- Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, servers, and applications to meet business needs.
- Handle administration of SAP B1 including the installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance. Installation includes HANA, SQL
- Perform the implementation with the help of the team and make the infrastructure compliant with Industry best practices.
- Active Directory User administrations
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Asset Management and Product purchase
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads
- Windows and Linux Server administration
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux /windows-based environments.
- Monitor performance, maintain systems according to requirements and upgrade the systems with new release models.
- Good Knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies creation, DHCP servers designing and planning.
- Knowledge of system security, AV, and firewall devices.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, and GCP will be an advantage
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Knowledge in MSSQL, HANA will be an advantage
Relevant Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) preferred (or equivalent experience in Information Technologies).
- 3 years working in a systems administration with a focus on operational excellence and process automation.
Job Demands
- Being Self-motivated – driven to achieve results & have a flexible schedule to work in AUS/US shift and weekends, as needed
