Business Analyst Junior Functional Consultant Intern

Dealersoft™ is seeking a Junior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant Trainee. This is an exciting entry-level position with tremendous growth opportunities for the right candidate. The ideal candidate does not need experience with SAP Business One, but does need a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field, as well as demonstrate that they meet the skills and qualifications below.

1.      Requirement gathering: seek out client input in a structured manner to better understand needs and develop ideas for how to meet those need.

2.      Data cleaning: extract data from previous ERP, clean the data, and spot-check for accuracy.

3.      System configuration: understand the configuration aspects of the various

4.      SAP modules and setup the modules and configure related settings.

5.      Customer support: provide customer support primarily via Support Portal but also via live training as needed. Internal support: assist Functional Consultants and Project Managers as needed.

6.      Product improvement: interact with Account Managers and Product Managers regarding product features and functionality.

7.      QA: review and approve test cases prepared by the QA organization.

We want you to grow in your career! The following is a typical growth path:

Functional Consultant Trainee (Year 1): Month 0 to 3: complete Dealersoft’s internal certification courses to demonstrate that you understand our software and industry. Month 3 to 12: assist our Senior Functional Consultants with all aspects of software implementation, maintenance, and customer support.

Junior Functional Consultant (Year 2): In year 2, you will be given tasks to complete implementation and support tasks with much less supervision from Year 1.

Senior Functional Consultant (Year 3): You will be able to complete tasks with almost no supervision and as such will be traveling internationally to help with implementation and customer training.

Management Consideration (Year 4): Depending on the needs of the organization as well as your demonstrated management capabilities, the next step is to become a manager or Project Lead.

·      Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field. Knowledge of what an ERP is.

·      Knowledge of Excel. Strong written, oral communication and project management skills.

·      Strong time-management and ability to meet deadlines.

·      Attention to detail.

·      Desire to learn new skills for career advancement.

·      Proficient English is a must as you will be emailing and speaking with native English clients.
