Job description

Summary

Client seeks a hungry individual to support catering operations and help drive sales growth. This role combines administrative and operational management to deliver exceptional service and assist in meeting revenue targets. The ideal candidate will excel in providing detail-oriented support and have a passion for great food, customer service and building relationships with repeat clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Account Management:

  • Efficiently manage emails, inbound calls, and online orders.
  • Oversee order routing via Monkey Media for accurate and timely delivery.
  • Communicate order details with stores and managers.
  • Support large catering orders with service, delivery, and setup.

Sales:

  • Support plans to exceed sales targets.
  • Expand the client base through assisting with social media and calling on current clients.
  • Support the execution of marketing plans to drive revenue.

Training and Development:

  • Lead the development of training materials and creative content.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with catering clients, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, quotes, and service needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on requests and changes. (Phone is a possibility)
  • Gather customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Develop positive relationships with restaurant-level employees to facilitate smooth operations and customer service.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain accurate and complete sales and operational records, ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of work experience
  • 4 years of experience working with US company
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience; restaurant or catering experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven client management experience with a focus on relationship building
  • Fluency in English writing and speaking
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Docs
  • Tech savvy, able to learn new apps quickly
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Demonstrated history of working US hours
  • Able to multi-task and support a fast-moving enterprise
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • High standards and a passion for excellence in client service.
  • Basic design skills a plus.
  • Will report to the Director of Marketing and Sales.

Physical Requirements:

  • Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays on occasion with advance notice.

Shift / Hours:

Monday Friday in one single shift, 8:00 AM CST 5:00 PM CST. Note this is +13 or +14 Philippine time, which will be 9:00 PM PHT 6:00 AM in PHT (during DST) or 10:00 PM PHT 7:00 AM in PHT (outside of DST).
